We will work only with visual effects talent specifically within film and television. We cover any global productions shot in the UK, Ireland, Iceland and the whole of mainland Europe, or European productions shot anywhere in the world.
We will be looking for VFX talent for end-to-end big budget shows, indie productions, animated features, consulting gigs, script breakdowns and more. We will align with your career aspirations and values. We want to find you work now, and ensure that you meet your long-term goals.

So we can ensure the best possible service, we ask that you work with us exclusively in Europe for all TV/Film productions. If you find work through an alternative source, we will manage negotiations and onboarding. Relationships you would like to maintain on your own will be added into our unique contract with you.
We will promote your profile on our website.
We charge a fee of 10% for our services. Our priority is to get you the rate you want at all times, however there will be occasions when we may recommend work to you with tighter budgets. In this case we will always be completely transparent with you.
